Athletic Intelligence is BCA's program built to equip young athletes with tools necessary to excel within and beyond the game of sports.
Our goal is to ensure students have the best quality life possible by coaching them to utilize their minds and bodies to win in the game of life.
WHAT WE DO
At Athletic Intelligence (AI), holistically, we provide student athletes and families with resources and tools required for a successful transition beyond high school and the game of sports.
HOW WE DO IT
Through differentiation concepts and curriculum, each student is empowered to connect to their passion while identifying their purpose. We offer hope and an alternatives to archetypes imposed upon youth living in underserved communities.
On average, over 2.5 million high school students participate in athletic programs, including football, basketball, soccer, and baseball, annually. Less than 6% of those students are NCAA participants.
At AI, we stress the importance of using intelligence (IQ and EQ) to nurture the interests and talents of our youth outside of physical activities to ensure success.
AI's curriculum introduces participants to the BSUPER Way of viewing themselves, their peers, and the world. More specifically, our curriculum provides athletes with dedicated mentoring, value-driven testimonies, vocation-focused workshops, and vision building field trips, all accompanied by team-building activities.
By implementing the BSUPER Way, we work with young student-athletes to exonerate doubt, disbelief, and lack of achievement. Character-building, self-awareness, and understanding are our internal behavioral goals. Hard work and dedication to our craft are our external behavioral goals.
We provide programs and workshops uniquely designed that are essential to understanding the student-athlete experience during their transition to college. The curriculum is presented through workshops, student-family meetings, individual advising, and group sessions.
